He was born the son of Henry Sr and Anna (Reuter) Weller. William lived in Colby WI where William and Anna started their family. She passed away in 1922.
He lived in Milwaukee with his daughter after the death of his wife Mary in 1952.
He was the Beloved father of Clara Toedter, Arnold F. Weller and Louise Schieman; also survived by 1 daughter in law , Ruth Weller, 2 sons-in-law, Bernard Toedter and Ernest Schieman; 3 granddaughters, one step grandchild and step great grandchildren; 1 brother Louis Weller; brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, other relatives and friends. Funeral services were held at Atonement Lutheran Church, Milwaukee, with interment at Valhlla.
