Mrs. Kate Thompson Barwick, 84, of Adrian died Saturday, Aug. 04, 2007. She was born in Treutlen County, daughter of the late Milledge and Sallie Gay Thompson.
She was a member of Orianna Baptist Church and was preceded in death by an infant son, Robert Lamar Barwick.
Survivors include her husband, James Louis Barwick; children, Carol (Cliff) Miller of Evans; Neil (Patrice) Barwick of Calhoun; and Michael Barwick of Griffin; and seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Services were held in the chapel of Sammons Funeral Home in Soperton on Monday, Aug. 6 at 11 a.m., with the Revs. H.G. Ridgdill and Curtis Sumner officiating. Burial was in Westview Cemetery, Soperton.
