Elisha Alvin, Lydia Marie, Polly E., Eliza Ann, Joseph, Amanda, Harriett, Frances A. and George were children born to Elisha and Lydia Marie Parson Littlefield, both of VT.
Between 1840-50 Elisha had moved his family from VT to Dodge Co WI.
21 Jan 1849 at Maryville WI Elisha married Rachel Rosina Corey, daughter of Enos and Electa Wilcox Corey.
To their marriage were born children: Charles, Marion J.,
Ella Maria, Frank Alonzo, Lettie Ann and Enos Elisha.
1861 Sep 14 Civil War Elisha enlisted, as a Corporal, into B Company Wisconsin 10th Infantry Regiment. He was promoted to Full Sergeant and Mustered out on 07 Aug 1863. He was 40 years of age and a father to five children at the time of his service in the Civil War.
Before 1870 Elisha, who was a farmer, moved his family to Seward Co NE. Rachel's parents and uncles soon followed the Littlefields to NE.
