The youngest daughter of Joseph and Rachel Poole she was born Nov. 18, 1887, south of Primrose, Ia. Her marriage to Albert B. Poole took place May 23, 1930, at Yreka, Calif. She was a member of the Methodist church.
Surviving are her husband of Nichols: two sisters, Mrs. Claire Pool of Ottumwa and Mrs. Myrtie Glendenning of Galesburg, Ill.: a brother George O. Poole of Davenport: and other relatives. Her parents, one sister and two brothers preceded her in death.
The Henry Kirchner Funeral home in Nichols is in charge of funeral arrangements. Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at the Nichols Methodist church with the Rev. Horace Ireland of Farragut, Ia. former pastor of the Nichols church officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park cemetery in Muscatine.
