Burial of Pauline Bouchat

The funeral of Pauline Bouchat, the young girl who died from malpractice, took place yesterday afternoon from her home 746 Peirce Street. A large crowd gathered around the house as soon as the hacks appeared, and remained until the services were over. On the coffin were many beautiful floral offerings. One tribute was a broken column from her brothers. A large anchor and a card attached to it on which were the words: A token of affection to our beloved friend from all the young ladies in the employ of Ronemous & Co. Pauline was once employed by the firm.
The Rev F. List of the third Church of United Brethren in Christ, officiated at the funeral. The mother of the deceased is a member of that church. There were present at the services besides some friends of the family, John, Frank, August and Louis Bouchat, the dead girl's four brothers and her three sisters, Mrs. Mary Loudenslager, Mrs. Annie Altvater and Miss Rose Bouchat. Mrs. Annie Bouchat the mother of Pauline and all of her other relatives who were present showed profound grief.
