The connection of this family to the Steinbergs comes from the 1900 census entry of Abraham M. Steinberg in St. Louis. Mina and David are living with them and Mina is a sister. Mrs D. Landecker is also mentioned in social articles on the other Steinberg families.

David Landecker and Mina Steinberger married in St. Louis on 31 March 1863.

Mina died January 6, 1906 at 4719 Washington, St. Louis of Heart failure.

Two children lived to adulthood - Abe and Carrie. There are four young Landecker children buried in Topeka. Based on the 1875 Kansas census, I am confident two of them belong to David and Mina. The lot was owned by D. Landecker. The four children in Topeka died almost the same time.
