George Washington Evans, 82, of 721 SW 56, died Thursday at Presbyterian Hospital. He was a retired mechanic.
Services will be at 2 pm Monday at Bill Merritt Funeral Service with burial in Bethany Cemetery.
He was born in Nebraska and came to Oklahoma City in 1916 from Foss.
Survivors include a son, A. L., 3109 N Warren five daughters, Mrs. Ruby Guyton, El Paso, Texas Mrs. Modell Borrell, Los Angeles Mrs. Georgia Alberts, 5922 NW 45 Mrs. Blanche Nash, Chagrin Falls, Ohio, and Mrs. Nellie Jean Casey, 6902 NW 59 Terr., and a sister, Mrs. Elvira Saunders, Clovis, Calif.
