Mr. Cook was a native of Illinois and had made his home in Gloucester for 15 years. He was retired as a production manager for Gulbranson Piano Co. in Chicago. He was a member of Ware Episcopal Church, Gloucester, and Pleiades Lodge 478 A.F.&A.M. of Chicago. He recently celebrated 70 years as a Mason.
Survivors include a daughter, Vivian C. Wright of Midlothian, Ill.; three stepsons, James B. Dischinger of Waynesboro, Hugh C. Dischinger of Gloucester and Allen W. Dischinger of Holiday, Fla.; a gandson and a great-grandchild.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Ware Episcopal Church by the Rev. Daniel O. Worthington. Burial will be in Mann's Church Cemetery in Rossville, Ill., at a later date.
