Daughter of Thomas M. Graham and Sarah Ann Doyal. She married James Calvin Mills March 15, 1885. After James died, she married a gentleman with the last name of Fish. Josie is buried with her first husband James in Pampa, Texas. They had 11 children. Ida Mae, Jacob, Maude, Irvin, Ruth, John, Hassa, Theodore "Ted", Mary Olena "Bessie", Opal and Nola "Faye". Jacob and John died in 1903 from the flu. Faye was the last to pass on and she died in 2001.
