Funeral services for Mary Frances Wooten, of Lafayette, La., are 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 4, at Riverwood Family Funeral Service Chapel with burial in Riverwood Memorial Park.

Visitation is Saturday beginning at 10 a.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Wooten, 81, died May 28, 2011, at her residence. She was born in Mississippi on April 1, 1930, to Samuel C. Foil and Lois Virene Dunaway Foil.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Brookhaven. She was a very caring and loving person, always ready to do something for others. She worked at Hartman-Henderson Funeral Home for 12 years and made many lifelong friends.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her granddaughter, Rebecca Ann Reed; her first husband, Clark Magee; her second husband, Clinton Wooten; and her sister, Leila Owens.
Survivors are her daughter, Diane Reed and husband, Monty; her niece, Linda Owens; her nephews, Glen King and Charles Gasho; and other family members.

Memorials may be made to the local hospice of your choice.
