Funeral services for Charles A. Foumal, 80, resident of this area for the past 60 years, who died at his home in Woodburn Thursday, were held Monday morning at St. Luke's Catholic church here. Interment was in the Sacred Heart cemetery at Gervais. Recitation of the Rosary was Sunday evening at Ringo chapel.
Mr. Foumal was born in Appleton, Wisc., April 15, 1868. He came to Gervais in 1889 and had lived in this vicinity since that time. Survivors are five sisters, Mrs. Anna Bennett, Mrs. Aldena Jones and Miss Jennie Foumal, all of Woodburn, Mrs. W. R. Kingsland and Miss Mary Foumal of Portland.
