Wanda was the last of 7 children born to William Marshall Speece and Treva McDaniels. Wanda was a devoted photographer traveling to Haiti and the Artic to photograph polar bears. She worked for the Statesville Record and Landmark. Besides photography Wanda enjoyed working in her beautiful yard. Surviving her are 2 sons David and Butch(Franklin,2ND), 6 grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren.
