The Rev. Dean M. Neese officiated at 2:30 p.m. for James Roy Belcher, 44, of Dublin, from Dublin Methodist church. Mr. Belcher died as a result of an accident Monday. Interment followed in Newbern Cemetery. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Helen Graham Belcher; two sons, James Lee and Wesley Andrew, both of the home; and a brother, William Andrew Belcher, of Richmond. Also four sisters, Mrs. Sam Mason, Richmond; Mrs Ruth Walters, Waynesboro; Miss Lake Belcher and Mrs. John Main, both of Bluefield, WV; and one half sister, Miss Sarah Ellen Blecher of Princeton, WV.
