A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Monday at Higher Ground Church with the Rev. Steve Jacks officiating.
A native of Pineville, N.C., Mr. Crump was a son of the late Fred Lee Crump and Birtie Hargett Crump.
He was retired from Cones Mills and a member of Higher Ground Church.
Surviving are his wife, Joyce Osborne Crump; four sons, Jimmy Lee Crump of Pineville, Billy Ward Crump Jr. of Rock Hill, S.C., Thomas Wesley Crump and Jason Michael Crump both of Indian Land S.C.; two sisters, Sara Fisher and Idell Chapplear both of Indian Land; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends tonight, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the church.
