Faye Morgan, 71, of Texico, a homemaker, died Saturday, Nov. 6, 1999, at Plains Regional Medical Center.

She was born June 16, 1928, in Portales to James F. and Edith G. White. She married James D. Morgan on Oct. 12, 1964, in Portales. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Texico.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, David White and Kenneth Eugene White.

Survivors include her husband, James Morgan of Texico; three sons, Greg Banister and Gary Banister, both of Clovis, and Roy Banister of North Star, Mich.; four daughters, Sylvia Wagner and Linda Taylor both of Clovis, Jannie Ibison of Minneapolis and Debbie Wright of North Pole, Alaska; four brothers, Glenn White of Farwell, Texas, Jimmie White and Bobby White, both of Stockdale, Texas and Leon White of Yuma, Ariz.; three sisters, Melba Hampton and Alice Morrow, both of Texico and Bonnie Tupy of Minnesota; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Services were held at 10 a.m. today at Steed-Todd Chapel. The Rev. Jason Schwope officiated.

Burial was at Texico Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Gary Banister, Gary Banister Jr., John Potocki, Jamie Schilling, Stan Taylor and Brandon Wagner.

Honorary pallbearers were Kevin Beer, Kyle Beer, Sean Schilling, Peter Macias, Jared Ibison, Paul Marcias, Joey Banister, Gregory Banister, Chad Banister and B. J. Banister.

Arrangements are by Steed-Todd Funeral Home.
