Malad - Chester Lusk Bolingbroke, 76, died Saturday in the Oneida County Hospital of a heart attack.

He was born July 5, 1884 at Malad to Henry and Mary Lusk Bolingbroke.

He married Marion LaVoye Smith March 28, 1928 at Malad. The marriage was later solemnized in the Logan LDS Temple. She died August 15, 1950.

He was a rancher and active member of the LDS Church.

Survivors are two sons and three daughters, Cleve, Roy, Utah; Chester, Ogden, Utah; Mrs. VaLoye Moore, Ogden; Mrs. Ellery Nelson, North Hollywood, California, and Shirley Bolingbroke, Los Angeles; 12 grandchildren and one sister, Mrs. Gomer Evans, Malad.

Funeral services will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. in the Malad Second Ward LDS Chapel with Counselor Gordon Crowther officiating.

Friends may call at the family home on South Main Monday night and Tuesday before services.

Burial will be in the Malad Cemetery, directed by Benson Funeral Home.
