Died of meningitis
Evelyn Alley, 7, daughter of Mr. & Mrs. James Henry Alley, passed away late yesterday afternoon at the home of her parents near the Bricknow section of Pulaski. Evelyn took sick in school Tuesday at noon amd was taken home. Her condition rapidly grew worse. She is survived by several brothers and sisters. An autopsy was performed last night by Dr. R.F. Thornhill, coroner, but his finding will not be known until late this afternoon. Funeral services were held this afternoon at Mt. Olivet.
