Thea was the 1st of 4 children of Oline Larsdtr Nedberge, and Anders Olsen Gudvangen. She was the only child born in Norway.
Her parents Immigrated from Norway arriving in Red Wing, Goodhue, MN in June 1866.
She was confirmed on 23 Oct 1898 at the Atlanta Lutheran Church, Ulen, Minnesota.
Thea married Theodore Nykreim on Jul 18 1902. They had 6 children.
In 1905 the family to to Bone Lake, Polk County, WI, where they remained.
They were married for 36 years when Theodore died in 1938.
Thea died in May 1956 and was buried next to Theodore at Zion Lutheran Cemetery.
