ORVILLE C. FOOR, 70, R.R. 2, Macy, died unexpectedly of a heart attack at his residence at 9:20 p.m. Sunday.
Born June 8, 1899 in Miami county, he was the son of Fran and Martha McDonald Foor. His marriage was Sept 12, 1920 in Portland, to Nina Carvey, who survives. a retired schoolteacher and farmer, he lived most of his life in Miami and Fulton counties. He was a member of the Macy Christian church and the Macy Masonic Lodge. Mr Foor was a World War I veteran.
Also surviving are two sons, Bill C. Foor, Rockford, Ill., and Nobert D. Foor, Galion, O.; five grandchildren. One daughter and four brothers preceded him in death
Final rites will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Sheetz funeral home in Akron. The Rev. Chester H. Walther will officate. Burial will be in the Plainview cemetery at Macy. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Tuesday.
