CARRYEE BURCKHALTER DIED AT GLOVERVILLE

Aiken,SC Nov. 9 - Carryee W. Burckhalter, aged 78 years, well know citizen of Gloverville and Aiken, died at noon today following a week's illness at the residence in Gloverville.
Mr. Burckhalter is survived by the following nieces and nephews; Misses Bernice, Mattie and Eloise Burckhalter of Aiken; Miss Pet Burckhalter, Mrs. Levinia Moore, Augusta; Mrs. R. G. Welmortz, Mrs. J. Gasten Albea, Aiken SC; Mrs. A. B. Eubanks, Mr. R. J. Burckhalter, Hephzibah, GA; Mrs. J. B. Randall, Port Royal, SC; Hampton Wade, Alabama and Henry Wade, Savannah, GA and Mrs. C. C. Dawson, Tennille, GA.
Funeral services will be held at Millbrook Baptist Church Thursday afternoon at 3 o'clock, interment being in the family burying plot at Millbrook Church Cemetery. the Rev. Mr. White of Langley will officate.
