Mrs. Newt Sheen died in Jacksonville, Thursday morning, January 14. The remains arrived here yesterday afternoon and the funeral occurred at the M. E. church. Mrs. Sheen had been in the Kankakee asylum for several years, but a few months ago was transferred to Jacksonville. She was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dr. Butler of Panola.
