A long time resident of Conway, Lydia had moved to be with her daughter, Mrs. William Parks, in Maywood, Illinois, some eight years previously. She passed away at 5:40 a.m., at the age of 80. Her body was brought back to Bedford for burial next to her husband. Funeral services were conducted at 2:00 o'clock Saturday afternoon.
