Verrette; a daughter and son-in-law, Shirley Verrette and Mike Berg, New York City; two sons and daughters-in-law, Donald Lee and Suzan Verrette, and Matthew Wayne and Lisa Verrette, all of Denham Springs; two sisters, Mary DeVillier and Verla Aymond, both of Opelousas; seven grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
Preceded in death by parents; two sisters; and two brothers.
He was a member of Berean Bible Fellowship Church, Baton Rouge. Memorial donations may be made to the Lupus Foundation.
