Mrs. Alice P. Henry, 84 years old, died at her home at 1777 West Houston Street about 7:10 o'clock Saturday night. She had been an invalid for the past six months.
Funeral services have been set for 3 o'clock Sunday afternoon at the church in Rockford, Lamar County. Burial will be made in the cemetery there. Fry and Gibbs Funeral Home will be in charge.
Mrs. Henry, the wife of the late Con Henry, was born June 9, 1863, in Rockford, the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Frank Hatch of that community.
Survivors include six children, Mrs. Dixie I. Thompson, Herbert Henry, Mrs. Ben Archer, all of Paris; Grady Henry of Houston; Fred Henry of Biardstown; Mrs. A. W. Halton of Vallejo, Calif., and Mrs. Walter Hood and 27 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
