David Wayne Adams
Mr. David Wayne Adams of Fulton, died May 5, 1994, at the Callaway Community Hospital. He was 44.
He was born Aug. 17, 1949, in Mokane, Mo., the son of Edward L. and Ruby Schaffer Adams. He was married to Debbie Kirchoff, and then later to Karen Arrowood who survived in Marion, N.C.
He is survived by his mother, Ruby Adams of Fulton; one daughter, Amanda Joy Adams of Marion, N.C.; one brother, Jim Adams of Fulton; three sisters, Sandra Armstrong of Columbia; Norma White of Fulton; and Connie Berrey of Fulton.
He was preceded in death by his father.
He was a member of the Richland Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 7, 1994, at 10 a.m. at the Debo Funeral Home in Fulton, with Rev. Ben Barks officiating. Visitation will be held Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Debo Funeral Home in Fulton. Burial will be in the Richland Baptist Church Cemetery.
