George C Alshouse, Ill with heart disease for several weeks. George C. Alshouse, of Bethlehem, died on Monday night at 10 o'clock in the Sacred Heart Hospital, Allentown, aged 46 years and 7 days. He was treated at the hospital for about a week.

Mr. Alshouse was born in Oxford, N.J., on May 10, 1883, a son of Charles and Mary (Cowell) Alshouse. The father died some time ago. The deceased was a manager of an A & P store at Allentown for the past five years. He was a member of the A. & P. Stores Association.

There survived his widow, Mary E. Myers, his mother, one son, Clinton, at home; two daughters, Mrs. Grace Hurd, Norfolk, Va., and Ruth, at home and two sisters and a brother residing at Philadelphia, and give grandchildren.
