GRAND CHAIN, Ill. — Services for Jesse "Jake" Hubbard, 86, of Grand Chain, Ill., will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Wilson Funeral Home in Karnak with the Revs. Steve Heisner, Gerrel Cain, and Tammy Horn officiating. Burial will be at Masonic Cemetery in Grand Chain.
Mr. Hubbard died Friday at 11:10 a.m. at Massac Memorial Hospital.
He was a member of the Grand Chain Congregational Church. He was a past master of the Grand Chain Masonic Lodge No. 660 and past patron of the Grand Chain Order of Eastern Star No. 710. Mr. Hubbard also was a retired divers tender.
Survivors include his wife, Helen Heisner Hubbard of Grand Chain; a son, Lyndell Hubbard of Grand Chain; and two sisters, Alma Dillard of Searcy, Ark., and Alice Sneed of Phoenix, Ariz.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Claud and Allie Denphip Hubbard; a son, Robert Hubbard; and two brothers, Kenneth Hubbard and Eugene Hubbard.
