McMinnville resident and Fort Knox, Ky., native Cora Sue Temple, 60, died unexpectedly July 14 at Stones River Hospital in Woodbury.
A cashier at McDonald's and a member of Sunny Hillis Baptist Church, she was the daughter of Silas A. Drake IV and the late Ouida Margaret Drake; and was preceded in death by brother, Gary Dean Drake.
She is survived by son, Chris Temple of McMinnville; daughter, Sherry Lynn Jones of Kansas; grandchildren, Davida Temple and Samantha Jones; and brother, Silas Drake of McMinnville.
Services were held Tuesday at High's Chapel with Richard Haley officiating. Burial followed at Friendship Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to assist in funeral expenses.
High Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
