Sara Elizabeth Reynolds was the daughter of Edward Oscar Reynolds and Alma Rosette O. (Zetta Burt). Sara had two sisters, Mary Hastine, Mildred Lorene and one brother Edward Lavelle Reynolds. Sara married Wallace S. Harbour and had two children a daughter and a son. They divorced and she married Clyde Pickett. They lived in the Zero community of Lauderdale County, MS.

Services for Mrs. Sara Elizabeth Pickett of Moss Point, former resident of Meridian, who died Monday in Singing River Hospital in Pascagoula will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Mt. Horeb Baptist Church. Burial to follow in Mt. Horeb Cemetery. Officiating ministers will be Rev. J. W. Coker, Ed Grayson and James Walker. Mrs. Pickett was a member of Mt.. Horeb Baptist Church and is survived by husband, Clyde Pickett, 1 daughter Mrs. Gayla Stewart of Avondale Estate, Georgia, 1 son, Wallace E. Harbour of Mobile, 3 grandchildren, 1 sister Mrs. Lorene Townsend of Meridian, 1 brother Edward L. Reynolds of Lawton, Oklahoma, 1 stepsister Mrs. Ruby Bunyard of Columbus, Ga., 2 step brothers, Sam and Claude Turbeville of Meridian. Pallbearers: RC. Townsend, Bill Westbrook, Gwinn Young, Howard Clark, Carl Linton, Carl Smith, Gene Skinner, Robert Pierce. Honorary pallbearers will be friends and family. Webb Funeral home is in charge of arrangements.
