He leaves behind his daughter, a grandson, a great-granddaughter, his brother, other near relatives; and many close friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Lucille; his brother, Emory Kluth; and his grandson, Brad Fandrich. Funeral services were held at the Pflanz Mantey Mendrala Funeral Home in Portage, with the Rev. Tom Countryman officiating. Burial followed in Silver Lake Cemetery, with military graveside services provided by Portage area veterans.
