Funeral Held For Lena Hickman

Funeral services for Mrs. Lena Hickman were held Monday afternoon in the Junction ward chapel with bishop Ray Burtenshaw in charge. Mrs. Hickmam, 79, wife of John Hickman of Junction, died July 17 of ailments due to age.

She was born July 6, 1869 at Johnsville, Indiana. Her parents with Lena and her brother Geo R. Johnson, came to Utah in 1883. They lived in Salt Lake City for one year, then living in Eureka and Glenwood before moving to Antimony.

After Mr. and Mrs. Hickman were married they bought a home in Antimony and have lived there 30 years.

The following funeral program was carried out:

Mixed quartet, "The Lords Prayer," under the direction of Thelma Luke; invocation, Martel Anderson; quartet, "Peace I Give Unto Thee;" speakers, Pres. Jay Applegate, 0. G. Anderson and Bishop Burtenshaw; quartet, "God Be With You," solo, Shirley Luke.

Burial was in Antimony where graveside services were held. Erva Crabb sang a solo and the grave was dedicated by Barlow T. Luke.
