Hospitalized on January 7, 1864 at Charlottesville, Virginia with morbi cutis. Hospitalized on Janaury 10, 1864 at Lynchburg, Virginia. Returned on January 19, 1864. Oath of allegiance on April 24, 1865 at Winchester, Virginia.
