Middleton - Myrtle K. Hoffman Fenner, age 83, lifelong resident of Middleton, died on Sun., Nov. 1, 1992, at Skaalen Sunset Home in Stoughton. She was born in Middleton on Apr. 15, 1909, to William and Bertha (Holzwarth) Hoffman. She was married to Ernest H. Fenner on Jan. 29, 1935. She was a member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church, the Melody Chapter Order of Eastern Star in Middleton and the Middleton Historical Society. She is survived by a daughter; a son; and five grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest; a brother, Otto Hoffman; and also a brother Wilbert in infancy; and an infant sister. Funeral services will be held at St. Luke's Lutheran Church, 7319 Hubbard Ave., Middleton, at 11:00 a.m. on Thurs., Nov. 5, with Rev. Allen Wahl officiating. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery. Friends may call from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Wed., Nov. 4, at Gruber-Gunderson Funeral Home, 7432 Elmwood Ave., Middleton, where the Order of Eastern Star rite will be held at 7:00 p.m. Memorials are suggested to HospiceCare, Inc. and the American Cancer Society.
