She was born July 22, 1921, to Farmer A. and Lillie Vanover, in Arkansas. In 1941, she married John F. Kinaman; the couple was divorced and she married Paul Junior Victory at Kirkwood, Missouri.
She was a cook at Pzazz in Burlington for 10 years and for 10 years the manager of the food department at Katz Food. She was a helper in Girl Scout functions and was of the Protestant faith.
Surviving; four sons, Harold Kinaman and Roy P. Victory, both of Hillsboro, Thomas J and Marty S. Victory both of Burlington; three daughters, Mrs. James (Petey) Ferguson, O'Fallon, Missouri, Dorothy Rowden, Springfield, Missouri and Mrs. Donald (Arlene) J. Byere, Fairfield; three sisters, Belle Pascol, Beatrice, Nebraska, May Fiddler, Diamond, Missouri and Faye, Colorado; 25 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, June 27th, at 11 am at the Hillsboro Baptist Church with the Rev. Edward Newman officiating. Burial was in the Hillsboro Cemetery. A memorial has been established for the Gideon Bible Society. Weir Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
