Mae Dean passed away on Tuesday, May 10, 2016 in Tyler.
She was born on July 24, 1918 in Comanche to the late Richard Dean and Lois Brinson Collins. Mae Dean and her late husband, Troy, taught Youth Bible Classes for many years. She liked to do crossword puzzles and took care of her large family.
Survivors include her children, Barbara Rodgers(Dennis) and Gary Harter (Birdie), numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. She was proceeded in death by her husband of 65 years, William Troy Harter, parents, granddaughter Denise Rodgers Smith, brothers Aldridge and Weldon Collins.
