"MARSHALL WILLETT, Kewanee Clothier, Dies in Hospital.

Marshall J. Willetts, 66 a Kewanee clothier for many years, died early today (Dec. 27, 1951), at Kewanee Public Hospital. He had been in failing health for the past few months.

He was born June 11, 1885, at Annawan, the son of John and Adeline Showers Willetts. He married Clyde E. Pask at Kewanee Oct. 8, 1913. His wife and two sons, Ward, Glendale, Calif., and Lyle, Wilmington, N.C., survive, as do four grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Willetts was a member of the Baptist church and had been active in church affairs for the past few years. He was a former member of the Wethersfield School board.

He had worked for the old Lyman and Lay department store and its successor, the Kewanee Dry Goods store. He had been employed in recent years at the Leader store.

Funeral arragements will be announced by the Cavanagh and Schueneman funeral home.
