Woodie P. Webb, a retired farmer of the Beans Ferry Community, died at his home there Feb. 18, 1957 of pneumonia. He was 77. Services were held from the Beans Ferry Church of Christ on Feb. 18 with burial in the Clover Ridge Cemetery near Clay with Senter Funeral Home in charge. He had been a member of the Beans Ferry Church of Christ for 44 years. He had lived in the Beans Ferry Community for 11 years.

Survivors included three daughters, Mrs. Leone Qualls, Miss Charlene Webb and Mrs. Nell Clayton, all of Fulton; one granddaughter, Betty Carol Qualls; five sisters, Mrs. Nettie Pierce of Amory, Mrs. Shellie Clayton and Mrs. Vessie Bowen of Fulton, Mrs. Effie Thorn of Eau Claire, Wisc., and Mrs. Mae Spencer of Santa Rosa, Texas.
