Reba I. Albright, of 232 N. High St., Arendtsville, died Monday, June 16, in Gettysburg Lutheran Home.
Born March 15, 1916 near New Chester, she was the daughter of the late J. Melvin and S. Belle Warren. She was predeceased by her husband, Eugene K. "Sparky" Albright, in 1996.
She was a lifelong member of Zion United Church of Christ, Arendtsville.
She was elected and served as a member of Arendtsville Borough Council,
She graduated from Arendtsville Vocational School, and attended nursing school at Jefferson Medical College, Philadelphia. She was also a certificated beautician and worked in that capacity, as well as weighmaster for Musselman Co., Gardners.
She is survived by two sons, Gene "Mac" Albright of Arendtsville, and James Albright of Fayetteville; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and one brother, Bill Warren of Gettysburg. She was predeceased by a daughter, Suzanne, in 1978.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 19, in Zion United Church of Christ, Arendtsville.
Interment will be in Fairview Cemetery, Arendtsville.
