Mrs. L.W. Barwick, 78, said to be the oldest citizen of Soperton and the mother of Mrs. Claudia Johnson and Miss Kathleen Barwick, of Atlanta, died Friday in Dublin.
Besides Mrs. Johnson and Miss Barwick, she is survived by tow other daughters, Mrs. H.C. Davis of Vidalia, and Mrs. L. Smith of Soperton' and four sons, George E., Guy, Charlie and Jim Barwick of Soperton.
Services were held Sunday in Soperton Methodist Church. Burial was in the City cemetery.
