Moses is the son of Moses and Mary (Osgood) Boynton of Andover, Mass. and Weare, N.H.

Moses and Betsey had eight children. Seven of them died before 1864. Beside Nathaniel, who you can find on this page, there are 4 others whom I can account for:
•Hazen whose son lived in Boston. He also had other children.
•Samuel who had children who resided in Chicago.
•Betsey who married a M. Page. They had a large family.
•Nancy who married a Mr. Page and they also had a large family.

According to the documentation in the North American, Family History which describes the History of the Boynton Family: other children are William, Moses, Nathaniel, and Newton. Hope this helps! >per S. Fetzer.
