Memorial service for Edna Caroline Kyle of Forest Grove will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Gales Creek Community Church of God.
Private burial will be in Gales Creek Cemetery.
Mrs. Kyle died Saturday in a Hillsboro care center. She was 91.
Mrs. Kyle was born and reared in Gales Creek and lived in Jewell for 30 years. She later lived in Oregon City before moving to Forest Grove. Her husband, Herbert, was the fire marshal for western Oregon when they lived in Jewell. He died in 1952.
She attended Gales Creek Community Church of God.
Surviving are a daughter, Betty Towne of Anchorage, Alaska; four grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.
The family suggests remembrances be contributions to the American Cancer Society, Washington County Unit.
