Jacob Burgess,s. of John Burgess and Mary Worden, of Yarmouth, was Executor to the will of Thomas, his brother, in 1721. He became a member of the 2nd Church in Yarmouth, June 29, 1735. No domestic records are found, but his tombstone stands in West Brewster, dated Aug. 15, 1772, aged 92 years. Sarah his wife, d. April 17, 1765, aged 84 years. Children:
81. Jacob,* and others.
