CLAYTON — Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Young's Funeral Home of Ferriday for Mrs. Addie Carson, 75, of Clayton, who died Sunday night at Concordia Parish Hospital in Ferriday.


Officiating will be the Rev. L. A. Earl, with burial in the Masonic Cemetery at Crowville.


Mrs. Carson was a member of the Assembly of God Church.


Survivors include her husband, Frank Carson of Clayton; one daughter, Mrs. Juanita French of Delhi; six sons, Robert Turnage of El Dorado Hills, Calif., Paul Turnage of Dearbo[r]n, Mich., John H. Turnage of Bossier City, J. D. French of Baltimore, Md., Jack French of Jonesville and George French of Monroe; one step-daughter, Mrs. Shirley Beard of Monroe; one brother, Robert Butler of Jonesville; three sisters, Mrs. Minnie Sandridge and Mrs. Isabell Adams, both of Brookhaven, Miss., and Mrs. Thelma Sullivan of Bogue Chitto, Miss.; 30 grandchildren and a number of great-grandchildren.


Pallbearers will be Hershel Barren, Fred Watson, Oliver Wiley, Rex Tullos, Gerald Delhoste, and Harry Greer.
