Yuba City-The body of Labor Official William Waack of Marysville was found yesterday in the Feather River near Nicolaus, Sutter County. Waack, head of the operating engineers local in Marysville, drowned when his boat overturned Dec. 28 near Dingville, Sutter County.

A member of Balder Lodge No. 393, F. & A. M., will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday. Interment Golden Gate National Cemetery. Donations to Lucinda Weeks School for Handicapped Children preferred.
