J.O. Austin is Buried at Plain
Funeral services were held Monday afternoon for Jehew O. Austin, 32, who died at a Jackson hospital Sunday after an illness of several days. The Rev. B.M. Hunt, pastor of the Grace Memorial Methodist Church officiated.
Besides his wife, two daughters, Norman and Marjie, his mother, Mrs. D.H. Austin, Plain; three sisters, Miss Mamie Austin, Mrs. E. Lucius, both of Plain and Mrs. J.D. King, Mize; and three brothers, John Austin , Harwood Austin and Ray Austin, all of Plain, survive.
Pallbearers were H.C. Lindsey, W.R. Sudduth, Ben T. Finch, L.B. Broadway, D. Forster, Deterly and John W. Bethune.
