GRAHAM William Woodson (W.W.), 89, a retired school administrator and teacher, died Jan. 17, 1994 at Tulsa, Ok. of cancer. A longtime resident of Hughes and Seminole Counties, he had recently moved to Owasso, near Tulsa. Mr. Graham was born in Gillum, Ar. and attended public schools in Texas and Okla. He was an educator in Okla. for over 40 years before his retirement in 1971. Early in his career, he was principal at Stony Point, Hilltop and Little River schools in Hughes County. He taught in the Holdenville and Ada school systems and later was Superintendent of schools at Paoli, Washington, Yeager and Calvin. He was active in county and state education matters and served terms as Hughes County Superintendent of Schools. He earned a Bachelors Degree in Education from East Central University in Ada and a Masters Degree in School Administration from Oklahoma University in Norman. He was a member of the Reorganized Latter Day Saints Church for over 50 years and served as Elder and Pastor. He was a 32nd degree Mason, a Worthy Patron in Eastern Star and held many other offices in both organizations. Survivors include his wife of 63 years, the former Verda Leona Bland of Owasso; a brother, James Benjamin Graham, Comanche, Ok.; 2 sisters, Ruth Minton of Ada and Zuyetta Cox of Edmond; 3 daughters, Helen Boren of Okla. City, Verdonna Timmons of Tulsa and Charlotte Barnes of Seabrook, Tx.; a son, J.R. (John) Graham of McLean, Va.; 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 20, 1994 at Swearingen Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens in Seminole. Arrangements by Swearingen Funeral Home, Seminole.
