Hazel E. Montgomery

Hazel Montgomery went to be with the Lord on Dec. 19, eight days before her 93rd birthday.
She was born in Los Angeles, Calif., to Kenneth and Edna Stream. She married Delbert Kraft in Sierra Madre, Calif. After he died in 1980, she then married Frank Montgomery in 1982.
She moved to Philomath from Fort Jones, Calif., in 2000. Later, in 2006 she moved to Albany. She was living at Cambridge Terrace in Albany, when she died.
Hazel is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Jim and Marlene Washburn of Eddyville; her son and daughter-in-law, John and Tillie Kraft of Eddyville; six grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two daughters.
A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 3, at the Blodgett Community Church.
