AGED WOMAN DIED TUESDAY FROM INJURIES
Mrs. Mary Saucier, who attained the extreme age of 96 years died at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Joseph Rushlow, on Tuesday night. Several months ago, Mrs. Saucier suffered an injury to one of her feet which failed to heal, gangrene setting in. Deceased was born in Maine, coming to Wyandotte nearly 50 years ago. For many years she engaged in the home weaving of carpets and rugs.
She leaves 8 children, 53 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and 11 great great grandchildren. The children are; Hilaire Saucier of Maine, Theodore Saucier of Ecorse, Joseph Saucier, Mrs. Felix Rushlow, Mrs. Joseph Rushlow, Mrs. Ernest Perry, Mrs. Antoine Christie all of Wyandotte and Mrs. Mae Teifer of Trenton.
Funeral services will be held this morning.
