George Akers, 44, a former Aurelia resident, died Sunday, Feb. 10 of a heart attack in his home in Bremerton, Wash , where he has lived for the past three years.

Survivors are his wife, Fern, five daughters, Donna, Gloria, Margaret, Doris Ann and Mary Ann, all at home; his father Webster Akers of Larrabee One sister, Miss Margaret Akers of Los Angeles and one brother, Glenn Akers of Missoula, Mont.,
also survive.
