W. C. Hightower Rites Sunday At Sherman
SHERMAN (Spl) - Funeral services are to be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Barrett-Renfro Chapel here for Walter C. Hightower, 76, former Sherman resident, who died Thursday night at his Arlington home.
Burial will be in West Hill Cemetery.
Hightower, a retired farmer, was born in Arkansas and lived in Sherman until he moved to Arlington eight years ago.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Nettie Hightower; two sons, Victor Hightower and Guy B. Hightower, and a daughter, Mrs. Victorine Tomlin, all of Arlington; a sister, Mrs. Willie Botts of Bokchito, Okla.; 10 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
